PPAR Withdrawals from CCM Data Share Agreement; Data Share Between REcolorado and IRES to Continue

The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS has given notice that they are unilaterally withdrawing from the CCM Agreement, the arrangement put in place in 2003 to facilitate data sharing between Colorado Front Range MLSs. Most brokers know CCM as the agreement that makes it possible for REcolorado, PPAR, and IRES members to view each other’s listings in their respective MLS systems.

Size Matters – Photo Size, That Is…

Prospective buyers want large, clear, images when looking at homes for sale. But sometimes listing images can become stretched or distorted if the correct size isn’t uploaded.

How can you make sure this doesn’t happen? Upload the correct size photo to Matrix.

It may take a little longer, but believe us, it’s worth the wait. Uploading photos that are at least 1600 x 1200 pixels will make certain your photos display large and clear on home search sites.

Midyear Check-in – Do You Know the ABCs of MLS Listing Status?

Need a refresher? Remember, the golden rule of listing status to maintain data accuracy and integrity: when the status of a listing changes to Under Contract, Sold, Withdrawn or back to Active, it must be reported to the MLS within three business days.
