The Listing Data Checker (LDC) program was implemented in April 2014 to help ensure that all listing data entered in Matrix is up-to-date and accurate. To assist REcolorado members in maintaining the accuracy of their listing data, LDC email notifications have been updated. Now, each notice will clearly state: “REcolorado Listing Correction” or “REcolorado Listing Review Needed” in the subject line. If you get a notice, please review it immediately to ensure accuracy.
Need statements for your 2015 tax returns? Print them directly from your Marketplace Account! Here’s how:
1. From the CONNECT dashboard, click "View My Statement" - you will be prompted to enter your Marketplace credentials if you aren't already logged into Marketplace.
2. Choose your date range
3. Then, click the “View Statement” button
The CONNECT dashboard is your go-to source for all products and services offered through REcolorado. Each dashboard portlet serves as a window to these offerings. Navigate to the REcolorado Marketplace Portlet to view class schedules, pay your bill and view or print statements. You can also shop for new products and view or update your profile. To learn more about all you can do from CONNECT, click on your name in the upper right corner of your CONNECT dashboard and then click ‘Start Tour'.
Did you prove your Errors and Omissions Insurance to the Division of Real Estate by year end? If not, your license may be inactive. To check and confirm that DORA has your insurance on file and that your license is in good standing, click on the ‘Dora License Search’ button in the Industry Tools & Resources portlet on your CONNECT dashboard.
